You can sceenshot! On your computers keyboard there is a button with "Prt Scr" on. You push that button, open paint(or something similar) and press the paste button. After that, you save.
(If it was hard to understand, I could try to make a tutorial>>;)

why don't u use paint and the tab: PrtScSysRq? it gives u waaay better quality.
